All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.
Any purchases that are processed where an item is no longer available will be refunded immediately, or replaced with an item of the same price.
Happinay processes orders Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. Please note that packages are carefully inspected, packed, and shipped within 2 business days from the time your order is placed via our partner couriers. Buyer assumes all risk of loss in shipping and all liability for loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, due to delays once the products have been delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for any delay, damaged, or lost items during shipping. Buyer agrees to purchase any and all insurance it deems necessary to indemnify it against any loss in shipping.
If you would like to cancel your order, it is best to do it while your order is ON HOLD status. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. To cancel your order, just go to MY ACCOUNT and click/tap on Cancel under Actions (for more details, see our FAQs at the HOME PAGE).
We do not accept returns due to authenticity. All BRANDED items for sale are BRAND NEW and AUTHENTIC. We strictly do not sell products that are listed as counterfeit, replicas, knock-off brand name goods, and the like. Please make sure to read all the details and ask all questions you have in mind before paying for the item. If anything is unclear, feel free to ask. We check our site daily and are online for the most part of the day.
In the rare event that you received your order in the following conditions:
1) Wrong merchandise (wrong design/ size / color / other detail from what you ordered)
2) Merchandise was gravely misrepresented (item looks far different from how it was described or shown in the photo)
Happinay shall gladly accept replacements of unworn, unwashed or undamaged merchandise purchased online within 3 days from the date the merchandise was received.
To request for a replacement, email email@example.com with subject “REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT FOR ORDER ID: (Indicate your Order ID)”. Please include in your email the nature of the error, stating your original order details. Expect a reply from us within 24-48 hours upon receipt of your email with details on where to return the item. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. We will provide you with a prepaid Shipping return label and refund all applicable shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to reimburse any shipping charges if this procedure is not followed.
We ensure that all items are carefully inspected prior to delivery and are delivered in good condition. We also encourage buyers to ask questions before purchasing from our store to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding about our products as well as our terms and conditions. Other than reasons of unavailability of purchased items, refunds are only issued if we deem it reasonable due to error or negligence on our part.
Important Notes and Restrictions
Returns, replacements & refunds will not be issued for products that do not meet our criteria for return, replacement or refund. Items will be sent back to you collect which shall include insurance fee.
For items returned, Happinay shall not be held responsible for loss or damages incurred once the merchandise is endorsed to the courier for shipping.
As a safeguard against potential abuse, Happinay reserves the right to deny return, replacement, or refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive, unreasonable, or fraudulent requests.
